30-day money-back guarantee with limited conditions

Nurse Excellence Academy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, subject to the limited conditions below.

Everything we sell is a one-time digital purchase — online courses, digital pocket guides, downloadable checklists, templates, workbooks, and web-based tools. Because these are delivered instantly, please read the conditions below before you buy: downloading a file or substantially working through a course can affect refund eligibility.

Refund conditions

To honor this guarantee fairly, refunds are available when the digital content has not been substantially accessed, downloaded, or used. Specifically, we may decline or partially adjust a refund request if:

• A course has been substantially completed, its videos watched, or its downloadable materials downloaded.
• A toolkit, template, checklist, workbook, or pocket guide has been downloaded or otherwise received in usable form.
• The refund request is made more than 30 days after the original order date.
• The request appears to involve abuse of the refund policy or repeated refund requests.

We review each request individually and aim to resolve it fairly. If you have trouble accessing a purchase or believe it was made in error, please contact us promptly.

How to request a refund

Refund requests should be submitted to Nurse Excellence Academy through our contact page. Please include the email address you purchased with and the order reference from your receipt email. Approved refunds are returned through our payment provider to the original payment method.

No subscriptions

Nurse Excellence Academy does not sell subscriptions or recurring plans. Every course, guide, checklist, and toolkit is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the funds within 5–10 business days.
